About The Owner
Courtney Wilkinson is the President of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Ft. Worth, Arlington, & Duncanville, as well as Minuteman HVAC. As a second-generation franchise owner, she upholds her family’s respected legacy in the Plumbing and HVAC industries. Courtney’s impressive journey in entrepreneurship began when she was just 17, which led to her assuming roles of increased responsibilities. From Vice President in 2014 to President of the family businesses in 2021. This year, she commemorates a 25-year career with humble thanks for those who have gone before her.
On a more personal front, Courtney embraced motherhood in 2010 with the birth of her son Coy and was blessed again with Carter in 2012. The trio shares a love for sports, movies, and cheering at Cowboys games. Courtney has a penchant for gardening, reading, and seeking outdoor adventures. As an ardent traveler and sports aficionado, she has aspirations of visiting iconic stadiums and is keenly looking forward to the 2026 World Cup!
Known for her affinity for structured lists, Courtney is resolute in fostering the growth and welfare of her team, reveling in their collective achievements. She serves her team alongside the delightful company of her golden doodle companions.
